To explore the effects of amino acid fertilizer on the growth of tea plant and soil fertility, by planting Hongyan 12 tea tree, we conducted a field micro plot experiment including following treatments: no fertilization (CK), 75 kg·hm-2 amino acid bacterial fertilizer (T1), 150 kg·hm-2 amino acid bacterial fertilizer (T2), 225 kg·hm-2 amino acid bacterial fertilizer (T3), and 300 kg·hm-2 amino acid bacterial fertilizer (T4).The effects of different application rates of amino acid bacterial fertilizer on tea growth, tea quality and soil nutrients were analyzed. The results showed that the application of amino acid bacterial fertilizer would significantly increase the tea bud density and yield. The content of amino acids in tea and the content of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil were also increased. After 6 months, compared with CK, the T4 treatment significantly increased the bud head density by 63.4%, and the tea yield by 71.5%.The tea amino acid content in T1~T4 treatment increased by 9.73%, 6.41%, 7.57% and 13.2% respectively, and the soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content increased by 25.0%, 36.0%, 46.0% and 37.6% respectively. The application of amino acid bacteria fertilizer increased the yield and quality of tea, improved the soil environmental quality of tea garden, which provided data reference for reasonable fertilization and efficient production of tea garden.
