  • To identify species and races of root-knot nematodes isolated from tomato and cucumber plants in the greenhouse of Daqing District,Heilongjing Province,PCR technology and differential host test were used. The results indicated that the root-knot nematode was only southern root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne incognita,and its race 1.
