Anthropogenic Factors Influencing Agricultural Products Environment and Their Corresponding Control Measures

  • The production environment of agricultural products is the original source affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products. Multiple improper man-made activities during the agricultural production processes, including the application of fertilizer, pesticide, and mulching film, as well as sewage irrigation, crop straw and rural living castoff treatments, significantly impact the production environment of agricultural products and directly threaten the safety and quality of the agricultural products. The approaches in optimizing agricultural products quality and safety supervision system, completing the construction of agricultural products quality and safety laws and regulations, improving the agricultural products quality and safety tracking system, and establishing an agricultural products safety database are main focuses on strengthening the supervision of agricultural products origin environment, and thus safeguarding agricultural products origin safety and agricultural products quality safety.
