植物内生菌对生物胁迫的抵抗机制及其应用

Mechanisms and applications of plant endophytes against biotic stress

  • 摘要: 植物内生菌是在不致病条件下定殖于植物组织内的微生物,广泛参与植物对多种生物胁迫的抵御过程。本文评述了内生菌抵抗病原真菌、病原细菌、病毒、病原线虫和害虫等生物胁迫的能力,从竞争资源与生态位、分泌活性代谢产物、诱导植物抗性、调控植物代谢与挥发物释放4个方面综述了内生菌增强植物抗生物胁迫的机制,对植物内生菌作为生物农药、生物肥料和生态修复的应用及其问题进行了总结,提出了目前研究中存在的关键问题,展望了未来的研究趋势。

     

    Abstract: Plant endophytes are microorganisms that colonize plant tissues without causing disease and are widely involved in helping plants cope with various biotic stresses. This review evaluates the capacity of endophytes to resist biotic threats, including pathogenic fungi, pathogenic bacteria, viruses, pathogenic nematodes, and insect pests. It summarizes the mechanisms by which endophytes enhance plant resistance to biotic stresses from four perspectives: competition for resources and ecological niches, secretion of bioactive metabolites, induction of plant resistance, and regulation of plant metabolism and volatile emissions. Furthermore, it reviews the applications of plant endophytes as biopesticides, biofertilizers, and their roles in ecological restoration. The existing challenges, key scientific issues and future research trends are highlighted.
